The main focus of this role is to build and engage with our customers via social media so we need someone that has flair and talent. Are you someone that lives for social media, loves being creative and thinks outside of the box? Someone who keeps up to date with the latest news and trends?   About you? You are someone that has good experience with social media and is skilled at managing digital marketing. You will also demonstrate:

  Tasks & responsibilities
  • Help increase brand and customer awareness, as well as increase business growth and sales
  • Plan and research daily content to build out marketing strategies for our social media platforms
  • Assisting in measuring success and suggesting improvements for social media campaigns
  • Track digital media trends to ensure we keep up to date with global trends and competitors
  • Working with the wider team and key stakeholders to understand the business mechanics
  • Develop a content posting schedule and create new ways to attract potential new customers

  Qualifications & experience
  • Experience operating social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365
  • Experience in website content maintenance is desired but not required
  • Education or training in social and or digital marketing preferred
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite a bonus

The Usher Group Gold Coast Construction • Project Management Full time The Usher Group are currently looking for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to join our Operations Department as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator on our Tier 1 Projects located predominately in Brisbane and the Gold Coast Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your main responsibilities will include: Direct control, Organisation and Supervision of Building Projects to manage Foreman's, Direct labour and Subcontractors in order to complete projects on time, on budget and to a high quality of workmanship. All the hiring and dismissal of direct employees in line with the Usher Group's processes, including compiling acceleration and deceleration plans for the COO's review Scheduling labour on a daily/weekly basis to ensure all jobs have the required labour on site to achieve program Ensure Budget Targets with associated perimeters (labour, materials and access) are prepared, followed and achieved Ensure Production Targets are achieved and beaten on all projects Have an understanding of contracts, time restrictions and other information to ensure projects are completed successfully Periodically monitor expenditure against budgets and be able to make decisions to mitigate projects to ensure successful outcomes. This includes producing cost reports to the Operations Department and also setting up your own systems to manage budgets against cost and time Prepare & Implement Site Program of works for each project, making relevant changes and update information in order to reach completion as per the time constraints set out in Building Programs Prepare, compile, deliver and communicate the Usher On-site systems and paint processes specific to the Usher Group Company Policies Ensure all project specifications & safety guidelines are understood and adhered too at all times The Successful Candidate will need: Construction and building-related qualifications are advantageous with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management A trade qualification in painting would be highly regarded Extensive knowledge and experience of Building Projects in managing labour, materials, access and the like Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent client relations and management skills Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project or equivalent In return, you will work in a national organisation with an outstanding reputation throughout the construction industry.
