Our Approach

Understanding the scale and complexity of the project, the Usher Group adopted a structured and collaborative approach:

Comprehensive Planning & Stakeholder Engagement: We worked closely with the Smith Collective management, body corporate representatives, and residents to develop a phased approach that ensured minimal inconvenience while maintaining safety and accessibility.

Specialised Access Solutions: Given the height and layout of the buildings, our Access Division implemented innovative scaffolding, swing stages, and rope access techniques to facilitate efficient and safe execution.

Premium-Quality Materials & Expert Application: Partnering with Baxta Engineered coatings for superior durability, we ensured the precinct’s fresh new look would withstand the coastal climate and maintain its vibrancy for years to come.

Sustainability & Compliance: Environmentally friendly paints and waste management practices were employed to align with sustainability standards and regulatory compliance.

Efficient Execution & Safety Protocols: Our experienced team adhered to strict safety guidelines and used a staged rollout strategy to maintain continuity of residential and commercial activities throughout the project.

Thanks very much to you guys for helping us get through this project relatively unscathed! There was a lot to cover over a long period and we couldn’t be happier with how you ran the project. We had expected a few hiccups along the way, but it was relatively stress free which we really appreciate.

Izaak – you did fantastically managing this on a daily basis and always kept your cool no matter what happened. Thanks very much for always accommodating our requests and just getting on with it.

Well done guys, great work.
